In this blog you will find resources to help you do some home-learning with primary aged children with the magical theme of Disney. Similar to the Harry Potter resource pack I created before, these activities are designed to be easy to resource and educational. Here you’ll learn how to navigate by the stars like Moana, create an animation with Lumiere, use the Inside Out characters to discuss emotions and more!

If your child is keen to do more animation, making stop motion movies is a good place to start. There are lots of free stop motion apps for kids; Lego Movie Maker and Stop Motion Studio are good ones.

I do apologise that lots of these activities require you to watch some Disney movies but I thought some of you may be getting back into them with Disney+!

The answers to the history task can be found here.

I’d love to know what you think of these, and if you have any home learning ideas inspired by Disney to share – just leave a comment if you do!
