u-blox has lots of happy customers, but capturing their testimony was tricky. With the marketing team based in Switzerland but working in English, writing copy that read as though written by a native speaker was time-consuming – and with a highly technical proposition, finding freelance help that didn’t require excessive handholding was a challenge, too.
I slotted into the u-blox case study machine, working with them through the entire case study process: interviewing the customer, then writing the case study from the notes, and handling any feedback from the customer.
The case study was finalised in just two weeks, thanks to a happy and engaged customer, and u-blox have continued to work with me on case studies.
